Laker athletes!
You must have a current physical to participate in fall sports.
Physical forms are available online at https://www.ils-k12.org/athletic__activity_director/forms.
You may also get a physical from your family doctor or any day over the summer at Mary Rutan Urgent Care is open.
The OHSAA required physicals to be completed by August 1st for the start of the 2023 Fall Sports season. Athletes without a current physical will not be able to practice or compete until they have a physical.
In addition, the school-based CHWP Clinic at ILMS will hold physicals for students on Monday, July 31, from 7:30am to 3:30pm.
