Annual Food Service Staff Training

298,320--That's the approximate number of meals the Indian Lake Food Service staff dished out last school year!!
The group gathered around cafeteria tables recently for an update and welcome from Supervisor Susan Young. She reviewed proper procedures and the Head Cooks from each building explained new techniques they learned at recent Serve Safe classes.
Indian Lake serves breakfasts every day we are not delayed. Lunch is served daily. We love our Lunch Ladies!
